Evans inducted into Monmouth College's Order of Omega
2020 Apr 21
Logan Evans, a biochemistry from Glasford, has been inducted into the Order of Omega, Monmouth College's national Greek honorary society, which recognizes leadership in fraternity and sorority life. Members excel in leadership in their own chapters and in fraternity and sorority life on campus, as well as in the classroom.
The purpose of Order of Omega is threefold: to recognize those students who have attained a high standard of leadership in inter-Greek activities, to encourage them to continue along that line, and to inspire others to try for similar conspicuous attainment.
Second, to bring together the most representative fraternity and sorority members and to create an organization which will help to mold the sentiment of the institution on questions of local and intercollegiate affairs.
Third, to bring together members of faculty, alumni and student members of the institution's fraternities and sororities on the basis of mutual interest, understanding and helpfulness.
