Boley, Toberman Win MWC Performer of the Week Awards

MONMOUTH, Ill. (02/25/2025) — Monmouth College track and field seniors Maddie Boley (Beecher, Illinois) and Caleb Toberman (Clifton, Illinois) both won Midwest Conference Field Performer of the Year awards on Tuesday. This is the fourth weekly honor of the indoor season for Boley and the third for Toberman.

At Friday's Hilltop Classic, Boley won the weight throw with a PR of 18.47m, the second-best throw in school history. She also won the shot put with a throw of 13.01m. Boley ranks seventh in the nation in weight throw and 12th in shot put.

Toberman threw a PR of 16.78m in the shot put on Friday, best among all D3 throwers at the event and second overall. His throw is the fifth-best in school history and currently ranks seventh in the nation. He was also second to teammate Shane Anderson (Lisle, Illinois) in the weight throw at 18.30m. Toberman ranks seventh in the nation in the weight throw as well, with Anderson in second.

The Scots host the Midwest Conference Indoor Championships on Friday at Satruday at the Huff Athletic Center. Admission is $5 for adults, $2 for kids 17 and under and free to anyone with a valid student/faculty/staff ID from a Midwest Conference school.
