Female Golfers Finish SLIAC Championships on Tuesday
MONMOUTH, Ill. (10/08/2024) — The Monmouth College women's golf team finished the SLIAC Championships on Tuesday at Metamora Fields in Metamora, Illinois.
Annalyn Lovell (Oneida, Illinois) finished in 40th place with a +35 round of 107 for the second day in a row. She finished with a 323, for the tournament, +107 overall.. Lexie Campbell (Earlville, Illinois) had her best round of the event on Tuesday with a +28 100 and moved up to 41st place. Overall she shot +115 331 for the tournament.
With only two golfers, the Scots did not have enough for a team score. Grinnell won the team event by 89 shots and they also had the top individual with an overall score of -3.
