Golf Finishes 12th at Blueboy Invitational

Monmouth, IL (04/10/2026) — The Monmouth College men's golf team played in the 2-day Blueboy Invitational hosted by Illinois College at The Rail in Springfield. The Scots finished 12th as a team with a score of 658

In his second meet, newcomer Jaxson Wiler (Galva, Illinois) shot a season-best 72 on Thursday and an 82 on Friday to finish in 30th place. Connor Watson (Macomb, Illinois) finished 50th with a 74 on Thursday and an 87 on Friday.

Cole Reavis (Buena Vista, Colorado) finished 66th with an 80 and an 88 while Luke Foster (Galesburg, Illinois) finished 76th with an 85 and a 90. Collin Heslin (Nashville, Tennessee) finished 79th with an 89 and a 90.,

Playing as an individual, Thomas Henson (Geneseo, Illinois) finished 61st with an 85 and an 81. CJ Pugh (Abingdon, Illinois) was 75th with an 85 and 89 while Davis Rogers (Atlanta, Illinois) was 80th with an 87 and a 94.

The men's and women's golf teams will host the Fighting Scot Invitational on Saturday and Sunday at Gibson Woods. Saturday's first round starts at 1 p.m.
