Men's Golfers Take Sixth at Clarke Invite

MONMOUTH, Ill. (09/30/2025) — The Monmouth College men's golf team finished in sixth place at the Clarke University Invite on Tuesday. The Scots moved up one place in the team standings during Tuesday's second round.

Connor Watson (Macomb, Illinois) led the Scots with a 13th place finish. He shot +2 74 on Monday and +9 81 on Tuesday to finish at +11 overall with a 155.

Cole Reavis (Buena Vista, Colorado) had Monmouth's best round on Tuesday with a +8 80. Reavis shot 87 on Monday and finished in 33rd place with a 23-over score of 167. Luke Foster (Galesburg, Illinois) carded a +13 85 in both rounds and finished in 34th place with a +26 170.

Collin Heslin (Nashville, Tennessee) shot 87-85 for a +28 172 and finished in 36th place. Thomas Henson (Geneseo, Illinois) went 91-94 for a 185 and his +41 finished in 43rd place.

The Scots finished +88 as a team with a score of 672. They were in seventh place after Monday's round but finished in sixth overall.

The men are now off until the Knox College Fall Invite on Oct. 25-26 in Galesburg.
