Men's Tennis Falls at IC on Wednesday

MONMOUTH, Ill. (04/17/2025) — The Monmouth College men's tennis team dropped a Midwest Conference match at Illinois College on Wednesday, 7-0.

Sawyer Day (Cupertino, California) and Matthew Savage (Washington, Illinois) played at #1 doubles and lost 6-2. At #2 doubles, Antonio Perez (St. George, Utah) and Macaden Sepich (Mackinaw, Illinois) lost 6-0. At #3 doubles, Spencer Corn (Kansas City, Missouri) and Andrew Nickols (Janesville, Wisconsin) lost 6-3.

At #1 singles, Day lost 6-1, 7-5 while Savage lost at #2 singles 6-2, 6-1. Perez lost 6-0, 6-2 at #3 singles and Sepich lost 6-2, 6-1 at #4. Nickols lost 6-0, 6-1 at #5 while Corn lost 6-0, 6-2 at #6.

Monmouth hosts Lake Forest at 3 p.m. Saturday in the regular season finale.
