Scots' Gaden Tackles Weekly League Award
Monmouth, IL (10/21/2019) — Clark Gaden's (Chatham, Ill./Glenwood) near-record performance helped Monmouth to their third straight win and earned the linebacker this week's Midwest Conference Defensive Performer of the Week honor.
Gaden helped Monmouth hold Illinois College to just 18 yards rushing in Saturday's 30-15 win over the Blueboys. The senior linebacker recorded a near-program record 19 tackles and turned in 1.5 tackles for loss.
A business and accounting major, Gaden is the son of Kevin and Jodi Gaden.
