Wrublik Named MWC Football Performer of the Week
MONMOUTH, Ill. (09/21/2026) — Monmouth College senior running back Nate Wrublik (Lemont, Illinois) was named Midwest Conference Offensive Performer of the Week on Monday.
Wrublik ran 23 times for 170 yards and four touchdowns in Saturday's 42-7 win at Cornell. He also caught one pass for 12 yards and averaged 7.6 yards per play. Wrublik scored two touchdowns in the first half and two more in the second half. In four games in this career against Cornell, Wrublik ran for 423 yards and 10 touchdowns, including a career-high five scores last season on Homecoming.
With his performance on Saturday, Wrublik moved into sixth on the Monmouth career rushing list with 2528 yards and he is now third on the career rushing touchdown list with 42. Wrublik has 10 career games with at least 100 yards rushing.
The Fighting Scots return home on Saturday to host Ripon at 1 p.m.
