Scots' Men's Track in Regional Top 10
Monmouth, IL (03/04/2020) — Just a week before the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, the Monmouth College men have cracked the Midwest Region's Top 10 rankings.
Coming off their 21st consecutive Midwest Conference indoor track and field title, the Scots were ranked 10th in this week's Midwest Region rankings. Their 86.53 rankings points were nine points out of the No. 8 position. Monmouth, which has four performances ranked in the top 20 nationally, is the highest regionally ranked team in the Midwest Conference.
The Scots will compete in last chance qualifiers Friday and Saturday in preparation for the NCAA Championships to be held in Winston-Salem, N.C., March 13-14.
