Scots Post Second-Lowest Total for Fall Season

Monmouth, IL (09/27/2019) — The Monmouth men's golf team continues to improve their game in the fall season, carding their second-lowest score Thursday at the Elmhurst Fall Invitational.

The Scots checked in with a 347, just two strokes off their season-low, finishing 12th on the par 72, 6,541-yard Oak Brook Golf Club course. Ryan Prusak led the Scots with an 83, two strokes ahead of Ben Dobberstein's 85. Jimmy Johnson's 89 and Max Cook's 90 rounded out the scoring rounds. Noah Shields toured the course with a 99 and Jakob Brokaw played as an individual carding a season-best 89.

Monmouth travels to West Chicago Sunday for the Benedictine University Eagle Fall Invitational at St. Andrews Golf Course.
